contract templates in a place where you can delete and edit

I want to organize my contracts, invoices, payments and other information in a specific event/project folder to simplify search and navigation on Maroo

I have files in Honeybook (contracts) set to expire within 3 days. I've had files expire but clients still paying the retainer because the invoice itself doesn't expire.

I would like to have a full control around my clients and my own notifications. When and what to receive, frequency of notifications to the client, when I should be copied and not, etc etc
